Artur Mihkelsoo is mainly known as a sculptor, who while having worked in Estonia and abroad is the author of several portraits and large-sized full figures.
Such approach also immediately catches the eye also in the present work. Actually Mihkelsooh as created here a multi-figural nude composition, where different complicated postures emphasize the plasticity of the depicted figures. In the first range this the author’s dive into graphical art, a try to test these so well-known three dimensions also on a flat sheet. The works, being obviously carried by war moods, is despite its title radiant: it is a way into the light
