With this exhibition the young artist familiarizes us with his conception of the world and life philosophy through classical landscape paintings. His works depict everything existing between earth and heaven – everything that he has experienced, seen and heard he has conveyed to the canvas. With lightness and delight characteristic of him the author captures the splendour of nature that is often temporary (for example a sunset, the sky before rain or after it, or just a beautiful sunny day).

Stanislav Antipov’s technique has its own rhythms and criteria for discovering nature. At closer observation it becomes clear that the environments of air and water play an extremely important role in the artist’s work. When setting the composition for a landscape painting he pays especially great attention to the sky during different seasons.
