On the occasion of the artist’s 60th birthday his works from the early period, the years 1967 – 1971, are put on display.

Andres Tolts graduated from Estonian Academy of Arts as a designer in 1973 and has actively participated in exhibitions since 1969 already.



In those times the art group SOUP ´69 and Tolts were inseparable. The energy originating from the group has brought along modern winds and rhythms throughout Tolts’s creative work, illustrating and quoting and developing the modern trends in art in his individual way. Tolts speaks out loud in every period and does so until today.

The gallery congratulates Andres Tolts on his jubilee and invites all those interested in art to celebrate this notable event.

The exhibition will be open until 13 November.
