An incomparably timeless motif of young folk dancers full of verve and joy. The bonfire in the background plan refers to the bonfire. Typical of the political demands of the time, the folk costume is paired with a pioneer’s scarf around the neck of a young man. Which is odd, though, as the pioneers were present only in Soviet primary school until grades 1–3, the young man here seems to be older. Toivo Kulles, who has worked as a commercial graphic artist, presents a sensitive and decorative approach, highlighting the local folk traditions as a positive aspect.
