Something Green

People tend to look for their place in the outward things and ask themselves the eternal questions Who am I? Where am I from? Why and where? This experience cannot be gained theoretically, cannot be read in books. All the way you should overcome by your own and answer the questions by yourself. Society and I, nature and I, I and I. In this knowledge everybody is solitary.
The paintings presented at the exhibition reflect the dialogue of the man with the external and internal world. Even the most insignificant events, common things conceal the amazing discoveries, if they are being watched by the eyes of the man.
In the paintings sparsely populated areas are mainly depicted. The weather here is always good. People are in harmony with the surrounding world and they are happy. This happiness is the result of their creative efforts.
Fredric Brown has the story «Something Green». On a distant planet the space ship is crashed. Its pilot is still alive. He wanders around the alien planet in search of salvation and suffers from the fact that there are all the colors except green. He misses the green hills of the Earth and dreams to go back. This story has  an unlucky final...
In this picture «Something Green» painted by motives of this story, the artist corrects the situation - people by common efforts recover the ability to be happy in a place where their life threw.
And this is the observation of the artist – it is a man who animates the surrounding world. It is a man who is able to dream. And, thanks to the mind and fantasies, he finds the ways of establishing the harmony between himself and the world.
