RIHO SIBUL bought the instrument around the beginning of the 2000s, playing with it at many Ultima Thule performances. In addition, most of the songs on Ultima Thule's 2010 album "In the Footsteps of the Footsteps" were recorded with this instrument.

In the form of a guitar, it is the only instrument of the musician, that can be acquired by fans of his work. Riho Sibul's other guitars are used by his close musician friends.

The memory of Riho Sibul is kept and passed on by the NGO Kuukitarr, on whose initiative, in cooperation with Haus Gallery, the guitar auction has been brought to life. The profits will be used to establish the Riho Sibul's Museum in Hiiumaa, where the spiritual legacy of the legendary musician will be gathered.

The auction starts on the 17th of May on Haus Gallery's online auction platform and will end with the final bids in real time on the 31st of May at Artdepoo gallery on Jahu tn. 12, with a concert of Riho Sibul's music performed by his close friends.
